The Soul Matching feature uses an algorithm to match users based on questionnaire answers. Results are for reference only and do not constitute any recommendation or guarantee.

• Match results do not imply compatibility in personality, values, or lifestyle.
• The platform accepts no responsibility for any interactions, communications, or incidents between matched users, including offline meetings.
• Participants must independently assess risks and take full responsibility for their own safety and actions.
• If you choose to meet a match offline, do so in a public place and inform a trusted friend or family member in advance.
• The platform will never proactively request users' personal contact details; be vigilant if anyone claims to represent this platform and asks for such information.

Information provided by participants when completing the Soul Matching questionnaire (hereinafter "Matching Data") is collected and used solely for the purpose of match computation, and will not be used for any other commercial purpose.

• Matching Data includes, but is not limited to: questionnaire responses, Instagram/Telegram handle, and email address.
• Matching Data is stored in a secured database and is accessible only to platform administrators during matching operations.
• The platform will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose participants' Matching Data to any third party.

Match Notification: Upon identification of a qualifying match, the platform will notify both parties by email, sharing each participant's Instagram/Telegram handle, name/nickname, email address, age, and other information submitted in the questionnaire with their respective match, enabling both parties to independently decide whether to initiate further contact.

Important: By submitting the questionnaire, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and implicitly consent to the following:

• Authorising the platform to use their Instagram/Telegram handle and questionnaire data for match computation;
• Authorising the platform to disclose their Instagram/Telegram handle, name/nickname, email address, age, and other information submitted in the questionnaire to their matched counterpart upon a successful match;
• Accepting all data use terms set out in this statement.

Participants who wish to withdraw consent or request deletion of their Matching Data may do so by contacting the platform through the provided channels.

Moonlight Drift Bottle is a fully anonymous space for sharing thoughts. By using this platform, you agree to the following rules:

• Please treat every drift bottle and echo with kindness and respect.
• Prohibited: personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech of any kind.
• Prohibited: pornographic, sex work, or escort-related content.
• Prohibited: spam, advertisement links, or repetitive content.
• Prohibited: any personally identifiable information about others.

Bottle limit: up to 5 bottles per hour, max 200 characters each.

Echo limit: up to 10 echoes per hour, max 100 characters each.

Content violating these rules will be automatically hidden after 3 reports and reviewed by administrators. Burst requests (more than 5 within 2 seconds) or severe violations result in a 24-hour IP ban.

This platform operates in accordance with applicable Hong Kong laws, including but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

• Prohibited: any content that violates applicable Hong Kong laws.
• We reserve the right to provide necessary information to relevant law enforcement agencies when required by law.
• This platform does not actively collect or store personally identifiable user data; all drift bottles and echoes are stored anonymously.
• To prevent misuse, the system logs request IP addresses for rate-limiting; such data is not retained for more than 24 hours.
